About Our Client
The client is an international claims management and insurance services company, providing a range of services primarily related to the insurance industry, including claims adjustment, loss adjusting, and risk management.
Job Description
Cultivate and manage relationships with brokers and other clients to expand client base
Assist in the setup of new claims programs, and manage its day-to-day operations
Provide training and support on the client's services and drive thought leadership initiatives
Develop and implement strategies to enhance client engagement and performance
Support the client's country operations in Asia, ensuring data capture and service delivery is achieving client expectations
The Successful Applicant
Experience in developing strategic partnerships and managing broker/client relationships
Experience in market research and sales strategy implementation, with a proven track record in business development
Exposure to claims management software is a plus
