In this role, you will play a critical part in the electrification of classic vehicles, ensuring high safety and performance standards while working with advanced high-voltage systems. This is a remote position, but candidates must be available for occasional on-site assessments in Mafa, TX as needed. Requirements Key Responsibilities: Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on high-voltage systems in electric vehicles. Ensure compliance with safety standards and best practices for high-voltage systems. Collaborate with engineering and build teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues. Document work performed and assist in developing best practices for future projects. Provide remote technical support and guidance to team members. Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive technology, with a focus on high-voltage systems. Certification in High Voltage Systems (e.g., from SAE or equivalent) is a plus. Strong understanding of electrical schematics and troubleshooting techniques. Must be a self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate remotely with team members. Must have a valid Driver's License with a clean driving record for required travel to Mafa, TX.
