Key Responsibilities :
Customer Relationship Building : Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, following up as needed to ensure their insurance needs are met.
Needs-Based Consultations : Use a customer-focused review process to educate clients about insurance options and help them make informed decisions.
Lead Generation & Appointments : Develop leads, schedule appointments, and identify customers’ insurance needs.
Marketing Support : Work with management to help establish and achieve marketing goals for growth and outreach.
Strong Work Ethic : Commit to success and demonstrate a consistent, high level of performance each and every day.

Required Skills & Experience :
Sales Experience : Previous experience in outside sales , inside sales , retail , or telemarketing is preferred but not required.
Track Record of Success : A successful history of meeting sales goals or quotas is beneficial.
Communication Skills : Strong written , verbal , and listening skills are essential for working with clients.
Customer-Oriented : A passion for helping people understand the importance of insurance in protecting their families and securing their financial future.
Self-Motivated : Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating initiative and drive to succeed.

Licensing Requirements :
Life & Health Insurance License : Candidates must be able to obtain a Life & Health Insurance License . A $200 investment is required for the licensing course, exam, and certification.
Compensation :
Commission : This is a commission-based position. Commissions are paid every Friday via direct deposit.
Bonuses & Residuals : Additional bonuses and residual income from policy renewals are available as you build your client base.
Health Insurance Reimbursement : Health benefits are available after three months of employment with the company.
