Job Title: Oracle NetSuite Developer

Location: Remote

Duration: Long Term W2 Contract

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain custom NetSuite solutions based on business requirements.
• Customize NetSuite workflows, records, fields, forms, and scripts to enhance functionality and user experience.
• Implement NetSuite integrations with external systems using SuiteTalk, REST Web Services, or other integration tools.
• Perform system upgrades, data migrations, and patches in coordination with internal teams.
• Provide support for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues within NetSuite.
• Collaborate with functional teams (Finance, Operations, Sales) to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Develop and maintain SuiteScripts, SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics, and other customization scripts.
• Optimize performance and efficiency of the NetSuite system by identifying areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with data security and privacy standards.
• Assist in training users on NetSuite features and functionality.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest NetSuite features and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in NetSuite development and implementation.
• Proficiency in SuiteScript 1.0/2.0, SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk, and SuiteAnalytics.
• Strong knowledge of NetSuite customization, workflows, saved searches, and reporting tools.
• Experience with NetSuite integrations (REST API, SOAP, web services, etc.).
• Familiarity with ERP/CRM modules and processes (Financials, Order Management, Procurement, etc.).
• Ability to work in a collaborative environment with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in data migration, data management, and system upgrades in NetSuite is a plus.
• NetSuite certifications (e.g., SuiteCloud Developer, SuiteFoundation) preferred
