Top Three Skills: Servicenow, Development, ITSM Job Description: We are sourcing for a ServiceNow Developer to supplement our ServiceNow team at a top local client. The individual will be working under the oversight of the program architect in support of development for our existing applications as well as those that we roll out during the duration of the contract. Key to the success of the individual in the role are: • Ability to deliver quality development reliably and with minimal support after receiving clear requirements • Knowledge of ServiceNow best practices and ability to apply them in development • Flexibility and openness to learning and improving • Passion for using the ServiceNow technology to further the mission of the organization • Ability to present solutions clearly to technical and non-technical audiences The skills, experience, and qualifications we are seeking are: • 3-5 years development experience • ServiceNow mainline certification(s) (any of Admin, Developer, Application, Implementation; not interested in micro-certifications) • Experience with implementation and/or administration of core ITSM applications • Experience with development of custom applications • Intermediate or better with: o JavaScript as used in ServiceNow o Service Portal (ServiceNow constructs like widgets, HTML, CSS, AngularJS) o Graphical Workflow, Flow Designer o REST Web Services
