Options Pilates is looking for a Remote Working Accountant! Location: Remote (serving Singapore, Dubai and Hong Kong) Job Type: Full-Time About Us: We are a diversified business group with operations spanning multiple sectors including Personal Training Gym, Pilates studios and ancillary business. We are looking for a dedicated Remote Accountant to manage our accounting needs, initially focusing on accounts and eventually building a team under their leadership. Responsibilities: Bookkeeping and Transaction Reconciliation: Identify and implement a suitable bookkeeping software. Ensure accurate and timely transaction reconciliation. Liaison and Local Accountant Coordination: Determine if a local accountant is needed in Dubai for regulatory submissions. Liaise with the local accountant in Hong Kong & Singapore Payroll Management: Run monthly payroll for employees in all locations. Annual Accounts Preparation: Create and submit annual accounts in compliance with local regulations. Work & liaise with a local accountant if necessary Finance Email Management: Manage the finance email account, addressing both internal and external enquiries. Weekly and Daily Reports: Generate weekly financial reports following the provided format. Produce daily reports based on given criteria. Reimbursement and Expenses Management: Handle reimbursements and manage expense tracking. Deadline Management: Monitor and ensure all filing deadlines for both jurisdictions are met. GST/VAT Management: Manage GST/VAT requirements for all regions, if applicable. Cash Flow Monitoring: Monitor cash flow and notify responsible personnel of upcoming significant payments such as rent, GST, CPF, MPF, and payroll. HR System Management: Create employee profiles in the HR system for new hires. Qualifications: Experience in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Entrepreneurial, able to work independently and autonomously. Proficiency in bookkeeping software and Microsoft Office Suite. Capability to report updates and raise issues proactively if there are any problems. Willingness to learn and educate oneself on local accounting regulations in Dubai, Hong Kong, and Singapore.
