Our mission is to empower the construction sector with smart, efficient, and innovative tools. Role Description This is a part-time, hybrid role for a Research and Development Intern at ConInnova. As part of our dynamic R&D team, you'll engage in exciting projects focused on advancing Civcost and related innovations. Your tasks will range from market research and software testing to collaborating on product enhancements. While the role is based in Auckland, some remote work flexibility is offered. What you will be doing? Conduct market research to identify trends and needs for Civcost software development. Perform user testing and software evaluations to assess performance. Collaborate with the R&D team on product enhancements and new features. Analyze data and generate insights to optimize software use. Support in developing new strategies for promoting innovative solutions to the construction industry. Qualifications You’ve submitted your thesis or completed course requirements for a taught master’s or PhD in the last 12 months. You studied at a New Zealand tertiary institution. You're legally allowed to work in New Zealand. You’re fresh to the industry – no prior professional experience beyond temporary, part-time, or tertiary roles. You haven't been employed at ConInnova before, except for short-term roles like a summer internship. A passion for innovation and a creative mindset.
