Key Skill Areas:

1. Radio Frequency (RF):
   • Pulsed Power, High Voltage, RF, Antenna Design, or Directed Energy experience.
   • Defence or academic background (PhD desirable but not essential).
2. Low Observability (Stealth Design):
   • Experience in low observability, stealth design, or RF modelling (e.g., CST).
   • Antenna design or metamaterials expertise.
3. Lasers:
   • Systems engineering experience, covering requirements, design, testing, and verification.
   • Knowledge of optical design, atmospheric transmission, and high-speed control/image processing approaches.
   • Software development understanding and comfort with fast-paced projects.
4. System Design and Engineering:
   • System design expertise, especially in RF systems and/or antenna design.
   • Knowledge of Pulse Power or High Voltage design.
   • Experience in bidding or technical project management is beneficial for senior roles.
