In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining Roku applications using the BrightScript programming language. You will play a key role in creating high-quality, scalable, and feature-rich streaming applications while ensuring seamless performance on the Roku platform. This position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, Agile environment to deliver innovative solutions. Requirements Proficiency in BrightScript and Roku SceneGraph for developing Roku applications. Strong understanding of Roku SDK and platform-specific guidelines for application development. Experience with video streaming technologies (e.g., HLS, DASH, DRM). Familiarity with XML, JSON, and API integration for data handling. Knowledge of UI/UX principles for designing user-friendly Roku interfaces. Hands-on experience with debugging and optimizing applications for Roku devices. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work collaboratively in an Agile team.
