Technical Support: Provide technical expertise to end-users and troubleshoot issues to ensure system stability and performance. Report Development: Develop custom reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to various departments, including Sales, Accounting, and Operations. Process Automation: Identify opportunities for automation within the ERP system to enhance productivity and accuracy across departments. System Optimization: Monitor and optimize the performance of Sage X3 to ensure it supports the company’s growth and business processes effectively. Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation for customizations, integrations, and processes to ensure transparency and knowledge sharing across the IT team. Upgrades & Maintenance: Stay up-to-date with new Sage X3 features, releases, and updates, implementing them as needed to keep the system running at peak performance. What We’re Looking For: Sage X3 Expertise: 3+ years of experience with Sage X3 development, including customization, integration, and implementation. Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of SQL, Crystal Reports, and 4GL language used within Sage X3. Experience with web services and API integrations is a plus. Problem-Solving Abilities: You have a knack for troubleshooting and resolving system issues quickly and efficiently. ERP Systems Knowledge: Deep understanding of ERP systems, particularly Sage X3, and how they impact business processes in sales, operations, and accounting. Collaborative Mindset: You can work cross-departmentally, understanding the needs of different teams and creating solutions that work for everyone.
