Position Overview
We're looking for an experienced Sales Development Representative to conduct outbound calls to pharmacy owners and decision-makers, introducing them to our pharmacy management software solution.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to pharmacy owners and managers
Qualify prospects and identify decision-makers
Present our pharmacy software solution professionally and effectively
Schedule demonstrations with qualified prospects
Maintain accurate records in our CRM system
Meet weekly and monthly outreach targets
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients
Required Qualifications
Professional-level English communication skills
Previous experience in B2B sales or cold calling
Strong phone presence and excellent listening skills
Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts clearly
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience working in a pharmacy setting
Knowledge of pharmacy operations and workflow
Experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical sales
Background in software sales
