Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for sourcing, attracting and hiring top talent for our clients through various channels (eg. Job portals, social media, professional networks).
Conduct initial screenings, phone interviews, and face-to-face interviews to shortlist candidates.
You will manage the full recruiting cycle from identifying potential candidates to facilitating successful placements.
Ability to assess candidates’ skills, experiences and cultural fit.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, serving as a trusted and strategic partner for their recruitment needs.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and develop customized recruitment solutions to meet their needs.
You will play a pivotal role in managing and nurturing relationships with the clients.
You will be responsible to cultivate strong and long-term relationships with clients by understanding their hiring needs and delivering exceptional service.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, emerging trends and potential clients.
Generate leads and prospect for new clients through networking, cold calling, and other outreach methods.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure new business deals.
Requirements:
Min. Diploma in Sales and Marketing, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
Proven track record of success in business development and client relationship management within the recruitment industry.
Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruiter, or similar role within the recruitment industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and candidates.
Ability to work independently as well as a good team player
Self-motivated individual, able to work independently in a dynamic work environment
Have analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
