With a passion for craftsmanship and customer satisfaction, we are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities: Engage with commercial customers such as builders, developers and architects in the showroom, understanding their needs and guiding them through the kitchen design and purchase process. Provide expert advice on our range of kitchen products, materials, and finishes. Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to ensure repeat business. Meet and exceed sales targets by closing deals and driving revenue. Collaborate with the design and installation teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Keep up-to-date with the latest kitchen trends, products, and technologies. Arrange and follow up on quotes, ensuring all customer requirements are met. Attend sales meetings and training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques. Requirements: Proven experience in sales, preferably in the kitchen or home improvement industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and closing abilities. Ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Self-motivated with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets. Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally.
