Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of 3-5, including Salesforce Admins, Developers, and Architects.
• Support, enhance, and upgrade multiple Salesforce organizations, ensuring top-notch performance and scalability.
• Design and develop end-to-end Salesforce solutions using the Salesforce platform, including Classic, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex Classes, Triggers, and Lightning Flows.
• Implement Salesforce solutions in Sales, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud, optimizing customer service and user experiences.
• Ensure Salesforce solutions adhere to best practices in development, security, and code optimization.
• Provide expert guidance on services solutions, delivering billable support and advice to clients.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and Architects to ensure smooth execution of development projects from conception to deployment.
• Communicate directly with customers, offering clear analysis and actionable insights.
• Document processes, solutions, and development thoroughly to ensure a consistent knowledge base.
• Analyze complex problems and apply creative problem-solving techniques to find innovative solutions.
• Be recognized by customers as a trusted consultant and technical advisor.

Requirements:

• 13+ years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture.
• 5+ years of leadership experience, managing Salesforce teams.
• Extensive experience in Salesforce Administration and development, including configuration and data migration.
• Expertise in Sales, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Triggers, and Flows.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce configuration, customization, security models, and data modeling.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs) and ETL processes.
• Proficiency in creating and managing Salesforce sandboxes and promoting changes across environments.
• Experience in Agile methodologies and Scrum models.
• Familiarity with OmniStudio components (Integration Procedure, DataRaptor, FlexCard) and Salesforce Public Sector Solutions is a plus.
