Key Responsibilities:

1. Development & Integration

o Develop, configure, and deploy solutions integrating Salesforce with DocuSign.

o Implement custom workflows, triggers, and processes to enable secure e-signature functionality within Salesforce.

2. Customization & Optimization

o Customize Salesforce and DocuSign applications to meet specific business needs, ensuring a seamless user experience.

o Optimize document workflows to streamline processes and reduce manual tasks.

3. API Development & Data Management

o Utilize Salesforce and DocuSign APIs to enable smooth data exchange and secure document management.

o Implement best practices for data management, ensuring compliance and security standards are met.

4. Testing & Quality Assurance

o Conduct thorough testing to ensure code quality, system reliability, and performance.

o Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues and technical challenges.

5. Documentation & Support

o Document development processes, configurations, and integration steps to support knowledge transfer.

o Provide technical support and assist end-users in leveraging DocuSign features within Salesforce.

6. Collaboration

o Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and other developers to understand requirements and deliver solutions.

o Participate in code reviews, agile ceremonies, and team meetings to ensure alignment with project goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience

o 3+ years of experience in Salesforce development, including Apex, Lightning, Visualforce, and other Salesforce tools.

o 1-2 years of hands-on experience with DocuSign API and integration.

o Proven track record of building custom solutions in Salesforce that integrate with third-party applications.

Technical Skills

o Strong knowledge of Salesforce customization, including workflows, process builders, triggers, and SOQL.

o Proficiency with DocuSign API, including document generation, workflow configuration, and e-signature capabilities.

o Familiarity with integration techniques (APIs, REST, SOAP) and tools such as Postman for testing API endpoints.

Soft Skills

o Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues.

o Detail-oriented and able to deliver high-quality code and configurations.

o Good communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Platform Developer I or II)

DocuSign certifications (DocuSign Administrator or DocuSign for Salesforce Specialist)

Experience with other e-signature solutions or integration platforms is a plus
