Job DescriptionJob Description Job Title: Mid-Level Salesforce Developer Location: Remote Job Type: Full-Time Clearance Requirement: Public Trust Job Summary: At Sara Software Systems, we are seeking a skilled and motivated Mid-Level Salesforce Developer to design, build, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions that support dynamic business workflows. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Salesforce development, integration, and automation, with the ability to translate customer-specific requirements into robust technical implementations. Key Responsibilities: Analyze and propose Salesforce-based solutions aligned with customer-specific requirements and enterprise architecture best practices. Design and implement public-facing, 508-compliant web forms using Salesforce Experience Cloud or similar technologies, ensuring proper data capture, validation, and secure integration. Configure dynamic form fields, conditional logic (e.g., resetting dependent fields), and auto-generated tracking confirmation messages upon submission. Automate backend workflows, including record creation and data routing, leveraging Flow, Apex triggers, and Process Builder to support streamlined intake processes. Integrate Salesforce with external platforms using APIs, SAML, or other secure methods for single sign-on (SSO), data sharing, and cross-platform synchronization. Build workflow automation to support approval processes including status management, approver assignment from predefined user queues, and audit-friendly lifecycle tracking using custom fields like “New Notes.” Implement decision-based logic in approval workflows with enforced required fields on approval, conditional field visibility, and restricted edits after denials. Configure automated notification systems for different process stages, such as intake acknowledgments, approval/denial emails, and status updates using Salesforce email templates and Flow automation. Develop and configure Email-to-Case functionality to enable direct case creation from email channels, support centralized case tracking and streamlined routing via Salesforce Case Management. Customize Salesforce objects, permission sets, user roles, and security settings in compliance with data governance and oversight requirements. Set up and maintain multiple sandbox environments for development, QA, and user acceptance testing (UAT) purposes prior to production deployment. Provide ongoing operations and maintenance (O&M) support, including performance monitoring, bug fixes, and feature enhancements. Stay current with Salesforce releases and recommend relevant platform upgrades or new SaaS features to enhance the implemented solutions. Required Skills & Qualifications: 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce platform development. Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Flow Builder, and Process Builder. Experience building dynamic, user-friendly web forms with secure data capture and validation logic. Strong expertise in Salesforce automation, including record-triggered flows, approval processes, and notification configurations. Solid understanding of Salesforce security model, permission sets, profiles, and data sharing rules. Demonstrated experience with REST/SOAP API integrations and SAML-based SSO. Knowledge of Email-to-Case setup and case lifecycle automation. Proficiency with sandbox management, change sets, and deployment best practices. Excellent communication, documentation, and troubleshooting skills.
