In this role, you will design, build, and support scalable communication solutions across email, SMS, and push channels. Key Responsibilities: Design and document scalable solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Web Studio/Cloud Pages). Translate business needs into robust, actionable marketing workflows. Integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with external systems via APIs. Provide production support and incident management, including occasional out-of-hours support. Required Skills & Certifications: Proven experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certified Marketing Cloud Administrator & Certified Marketing Cloud Developer Strong hands-on skills with SQL, AMPscript, SSJS/JavaScript, and HTML Understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, TLS/SSL, and data encryption Familiarity with mobile app SDKs and API-based integrations Nice to Have: Java development experience Exposure to Agile methodologies You Bring: A degree in Computer Science or a related field A proactive, collaborative mindset with strong problem-solving skills The ability to work independently and within a team
