Job Description Role: S alesforce Tech Lead Remote 100% Long Term Contract Required Skills: Minimum 10+ years of experience in Salesforce development with PD1 and PD2 certs Experience in Sales, Service and Experience cloud with hands-on development Experience in Visual Force Pages, Apex Classes, SQL, Triggers, Lightning, LWC Experience in third-party integrations Experience in data migration using Import wizard, Apex Data Loader, SFDC Administration, Flow Management and Configurations. Experience in Deployment via Workbench, Git (GitLab and GitHub), Jenkins, Gearset and Change set. Collaborate with Salesforce Solution Architects and Business Analysts to translate business needs into technical solutions. Engage in project planning, defining scope, timelines, and resources. Lead Salesforce solution design, including data models, workflows, and custom code. Provide technical leadership to Salesforce developers, ensuring best practices. Mentor developers, promote knowledge sharing, and conduct code reviews. Collaborate with business and project leaders to align development with project goals.
