This is an exciting opportunity to lead and manage BTP-based projects, oversee system integrations, and drive innovation in cloud-based technologies. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, leadership abilities, and hands-on experience in developing, deploying, and managing SAP BTP applications. Key Responsibilities: Lead BTP Projects: Oversee the full life cycle of SAP BTP projects, from planning and design to implementation and support. Develop SAP BTP Solutions: Design, develop, and implement scalable and efficient applications on SAP BTP, using tools such as SAP Fiori, SAP HANA, SAP Cloud Foundry, and SAP Integration Suite. Coding Expertise: Utilize coding tools and languages (e.g., Java, JavaScript, Node.js, Python) to customize and develop new features for BTP applications. System Integrations: Drive seamless integration between SAP BTP and other enterprise systems, ensuring data consistency and smooth processes. Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a team of developers, ensuring high-quality coding standards and best practices. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including business analysts, SAP consultants, and external vendors to deliver innovative solutions. Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize the performance of SAP BTP solutions, identifying and resolving bottlenecks. Troubleshooting and Support: Lead troubleshooting efforts for BTP-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime and fast resolution. Key Skills & Qualifications: SAP BTP Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the SAP Business Technology Platform, including core services like SAP HANA, SAP Integration Suite, SAP AI/ML, and SAP Mobile Services. Coding Proficiency: Extensive hands-on experience in programming languages and frameworks, including Java, JavaScript, Node.js, Python, or similar. SAP Fiori/UI5: Proficient in developing Fiori applications and using SAP UI5 for building user interfaces on BTP. Cloud Development: Experience in cloud application development and deployment using SAP Cloud Foundry, AWS, or Azure. Data Integration: Expertise in SAP BTP integration capabilities, including integration with non-SAP systems and cloud services. Leadership: Proven experience leading technical teams, managing stakeholder expectations, and driving projects to successful completion. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. Certifications: SAP BTP certifications (SAP Certified Development Associate - SAP BTP, SAP Cloud Platform, or similar) are a plus. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
