Job Summary:
A Director in the Engagement team at Argano is a crucial leadership role, responsible for leading the overall client engagement strategy with a focus on SAP Public Cloud solutions. This leader plays a pivotal role in driving business growth, managing senior client relationships, and providing strategic direction to the Client Engagement team. The Director will interact regularly with executive stakeholders and key clients, particularly those undergoing or considering transformation through SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud. This role requires deep expertise in cloud ERP environments and a proven ability to align cloud technologies with business objectives.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and execute strategic engagement plans, with a focus on expanding SAP Public Cloud implementations and driving measurable business growth.
Provide high-level strategic guidance to clients adopting or optimizing SAP Public Cloud, ensuring technology solutions align with business goals.
Lead the development of new business opportunities, especially those centered on cloud-based ERP transformations and digital innovation.
Collaborate closely with the Sales team and SAP solution architects to create compelling proposals and client presentations.
Lead and mentor a high-performing team of Senior Managers, Managers, and Specialists, fostering cloud-forward thinking and excellence in delivery.
Promote a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the Client Engagement team, particularly around SAP cloud technologies.
Act as the primary advocate for clients within the organization, especially during SAP Public Cloud implementations and lifecycle management.
Ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and secure cloud-based solutions that exceed client expectations and promote long-term partnerships.
Travel to the client sites when needed.
MINIMUM AND/OR PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
Master’s degree (MBA) or PhD in a related field strongly preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
10+ years of experience in client engagement, business development, and leadership roles, ideally within a professional services or technology consulting firm.
Proven track record of managing large client portfolios and driving significant revenue growth.
Deep experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud and a clear understanding of the SaaS ERP model, digital transformation, and cloud migration strategies.
Strong knowledge of SAP cloud ecosystem, licensing models, and best practices for implementation and change management.
