Title: SAP Portal Developer.

Duration: 12 Months Contract

Location: 100% remote

It will be interfacing with their Salesforce Environment as well.

As need basis onsite visit @ New Orleans and expenses will be covered.

Description of work: The high-level objectives are to modernize the My Service Console (MSC) platform, enhance agent productivity and improve customer service with the following:

• New Portal for Apartment Simplified Application Plan to Auto Turn on plan. This portal will simplify the move-in process for apartment rentals.
• New Construction Portal for development of Specialty desk to support new constructions customers.
• New Permit Portal for the customers to have insight of the permit status.
• New Solution in MyService Console to generate case for better case management.
• Methodology: Agile
