They want someone who is ok with qa their own code(the ability and functionality), someone who understands this is a very demanding role, this is part THE most demanding team on the project.
It interfaces with all the domains so it s heavy API integration.
Needs to be someone who can work in a demanding environment and who is ok with that level of work
Should be conformable jumping in to do things that aren t always part of their primary job (like test their own code and some UI if any)
