About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and self-driven Senior Azure Power Platform Developer to join our team on a contract-to-hire basis. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Microsoft Azure, particularly in Dataverse, Synapse Analytics, and the Power Platform, including Power Apps. You must be able to work independently, think critically, and collaborate effectively with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and support solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
Integrate Azure Synapse Analytics for data modeling, transformation, and reporting.
Build scalable and secure Power Platform applications with complex workflows and custom connectors.
Engage with business stakeholders to understand requirements and convert them into robust business applications.
Maintain best practices in application architecture, governance, and security.
Optimize performance, scalability, and maintainability of the platform and solutions.
Required Qualifications:
8+ years of IT experience with at least 5 years in the Power Platform and Azure ecosystem.
Strong experience with:
Microsoft Dataverse
Azure Synapse Analytics
Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven apps)
Power Automate
Proficiency in data modeling, DAX, Power Query, and SQL.
Hands-on experience with Azure services such as Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and API Management.
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and solve problems quickly.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to Have:
Experience with Power BI.
Exposure to Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Familiarity with licensing models, environments, and ALM for Power Platform.
