Role: Senior Bid Manager

Location: Essex

Contract Type: Full Time, Permanent

The role:

You will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the bid lifecycle, from initial identification through to submission, ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance are maintained throughout.

Duties:

  • Motivate and inspire the bid team
  • Check progress and support the bid team members
  • Provide feedback to bid team members about their performance on the bid
  • Lead the bid strategy
  • Understand the entire bid process
  • Be accountable for everything that goes into the bid

Requirements:

  • Track record of winning profitable work
  • Experience using multiple software platforms
  • Extensive experience in the tendering process and management of the PCSA period of a project
  • Regional / National contractor experience as the Senior / Bid Manager
