Job Description:

With your engaging manner, you can easily get our leads excited about our Flip app. As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you are the first point of contact for our potential leads, are responsible for lead generation and work closely with your associated Account Executive.

-arouse the interest of your potential leads through a personalized and multichannel approach
-Build close relationships with potential leads and manage to develop them into qualified opportunities in the sales funnel
-Research our next big players and filter out potential customers for your contact
-You are responsible for your own customer pipeline and convince your contacts in discovery calls about our product
-accompany your account executive throughout the entire sales cycle and support them in the preparation and implementation of our product presentation
-collect market insights from customers, work closely with our product owners and are thus an important source of input for product development
-Represent Flip together with your colleagues at trade fairs and events

Qualifications:

What you bring with you:

-At least 1 year of experience in software sales of B2B products or technology sales - you will really thrive in a dynamic, fast-growing KPI-driven environment
-Experience in personalized multichannel lead approach and strong consulting skills in dealing with prospects
-You have already gained experience in acquiring strategic customers (5,000 employees or more)
-When it comes to using common CRM and network tools like HubSpot or SalesNavigator, nobody can fool you
-With your Hunter spirit, you convince potential customers with your passion for our product - you face new challenges with perseverance and the necessary drive
-Fluent written and spoken German and English
