Key Responsibilities: Community Building: Build a vibrant developer community, engaging with them on platforms like Discord, GitHub, and at hackathons. Content Development: Create and disseminate technical content including tutorials, documentation, and educational materials to onboard new developers. Technical Support: Provide support to developers, troubleshoot issues, and facilitate feedback loops to product teams. Advocacy: Represent Calimero at tech events, conferences, or webinars, advocating for our technology and vision. Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, marketing and business teams to ensure developer needs are met in our platform's evolution. Education & Outreach: Conduct workshops, live coding sessions, and educational content to enhance understanding and adoption of Calimero's technology. Requirements: Experience: 3+ years in developer relations or a similar role, with a focus on blockchain/Web3 technologies. Background in software development, with a preference for Rust. Technical Proficiency: Proficient in at least one Web3 programming language, with a strong preference for Rust. Deep understanding of smart contracts, blockchain development tools, and security best practices. Developer Tools & Ecosystem: Familiarity with developer tools like IDEs, Git, CI/CD for blockchain, and Web3 libraries/frameworks. Communication Skills: Excellent technical writing and presentation skills, capable of making complex concepts accessible. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience. Additional Considerations: Proven ability to engage and grow developer communities, with experience in community management or organizing developer events.
