In this role, you will lead and contribute to the seamless migration of data and analytics from legacy systems to SAC, ensuring the integration, optimization, and smooth transition of business-critical applications. Your expertise will drive the architecture, development, and implementation of SAC solutions that enhance business decision-making and analytics capabilities. Key Responsibilities: Lead and drive SAC migration projects from legacy systems, ensuring smooth and efficient transition to SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize SAC solutions, tailored to business needs and requirements. Develop and implement integration strategies to connect SAC with existing data sources, ensuring data consistency, accuracy, and performance. Oversee the migration of business logic, reports, and analytics from legacy systems to SAC, ensuring minimal disruption and maintaining system functionality. Troubleshoot and resolve issues during the migration process, ensuring that all integrations are robust, reliable, and scalable. Enhance performance and scalability of SAC environments, applying best practices for data modeling, visualization, and report generation. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their analytics and reporting needs, ensuring SAC solutions align with business goals. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members throughout the SAC migration process. Develop and maintain detailed documentation on SAC migration processes, configurations, and solutions. Ensure security and compliance standards are met during the migration process and in the final SAC solution. Key Qualifications: Proven experience in migrating data and applications to SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC). Strong background in SAP BW, SAP HANA, or other relevant SAP technologies. Proficiency in programming languages such as Golang, Python, Groovy, Java, Shell Script, and JavaScript. Extensive hands-on experience with container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and how they integrate with SAC. Strong experience in CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, Argo, or similar. Familiarity with observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, and Jaeger. Ability to architect highly available, scalable systems with SAC at the core. Experience in implementing security best practices in cloud-based environments. Strong communication skills to work effectively with stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform) and related services like Hyperspace, Kyma, Piper, and Gardener.
