Key Responsibilities - Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of CI/CD pipelines to automate the build, test, and deployment processes for microservices and other applications. - Architect and manage cloud infrastructure using Terraform, ensuring scalability, high availability, and security. - Work closely with development teams to support Java-based microservices, ensuring smooth integration and delivery across environments. - Develop, maintain, and optimize shell scripts for automation, monitoring, and administrative tasks. - Oversee the performance, reliability, and scalability of micro services in production environments, proactively resolving issues. - Implement infrastructure as code (IaC) best practices, ensuring consistent, repeatable deployments across all environments. - Provide leadership in cloud security, designing and enforcing security policies for cloud infrastructure and applications. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, offering mentorship to junior DevOps engineers and development teams. - Lead post-mortem analyses for incidents, driving continuous improvement for infrastructure reliability. Requirements: - Extensive experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab, etc - Proficiency in Terraform for infrastructure provisioning and management in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud). - Deep understanding of microservices architecture and the ability to manage and scale them in production. - Expertise in shell scripting (Bash, Python, etc.) for complex automation and system tasks. - Strong hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes for container management and orchestration. - Proven experience in managing cloud platforms Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
