Required Skills & Qualifications: Technical Expertise: Proven experience with Azure DevOps (pipelines, repositories, boards, artifacts, etc.). Hands-on experience integrating DevOps pipelines with third-party tools like FreshDesk and SnapLogic. Strong scripting and automation skills using PowerShell, Bash, or other scripting languages. Proficiency in implementing CI/CD pipelines using Azure Pipelines or TeamCity. In-depth understanding of modern testing frameworks such as JUnit, MSTest, nUnit, and automation tools like TestComplete. Experience with static code analysis tools such as SonarQube and Polaris. Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools like Datadog, LogicMonitor, and setting up dashboards/alerts. Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication to engage and guide cross-functional teams. Ability to collaborate with stakeholders, gather requirements, and propose scalable DevOps solutions. Experience: 12 years of experience in DevOps, with a minimum of 3+ years working in Azure DevOps. Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing enterprise-grade CI/CD pipelines. Previous experience leading DevOps transformations and enabling organizational adoption. Certifications (Preferred): Azure DevOps Engineer Expert. Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect.
