In this role, you will:

• Innovate and Maintain: Help us maintain and develop the best doctor application in Germany, ensuring it remains at the forefront of telemedicine
• Advanced Development: Create highly performant single-page applications using React and TypeScript, delivering exceptional user experiences
• Cloud Deployment: Design and deploy services on cloud infrastructure (we use AWS), ensuring our platform is scalable and reliable
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor frontend performance closely using Datadog and Sentry, identifying and resolving issues proactively
• Technical Mentorship: Be a technical mentor for other engineering team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
• Code Quality: Ship clear, maintainable, and thoughtfully commented code, setting the standard for software excellence

What you need to be successful?

• Technical Expertise: Profound knowledge and experience regarding web technologies, particularly with JavaScript/TypeScript-based frameworks
• React Mastery: 3+ years of professional experience with React, demonstrating deep understanding and proficiency
• Testing Experience: Experience with testing frameworks, ensuring the robustness and reliability of our applications (we use jest, playwright and cypress)
• Version Control: Competence with revision control systems (we use Git), enabling efficient collaboration and code management
• Educational Background: A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience that demonstrates your technical capabilities
• Self-Motivation: Independent, self-motivated, and proactive, with a proven track record of continuous learning and personal growth
• Communication Skills: Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly
