What we are looking for

We are looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer (w/m/d) who is passionate about what they do and ready to take on responsibility. Our customers rely on the Workist AI platform to automate critical core document business processes directly linked to their revenue and payment streams. You’ll have the unique opportunity to take responsibility from day one and help our customers to automate sales back-office tasks with the help of our AI platform.

This is your mission

You will be an integral part of the product team where we build AI-based applications to automate repetitive business processes such as data extraction and data entry, as well as task recommendations.

As a Frontend Engineer, you will work on the following:

• Decide on technical architecture and infrastructure
• Develop software along our definition of done
• Provide feedback to team members on where and how to improve
• Help out and mentor other team members to ensure overall development quality & velocity
• Identifying opportunities for streamlining work
• Take care of Security and Data Privacy
• Be accountable for service levels
• Write documentation where necessary

Your profile

We're looking for professional team players that like to work in a team setting where we share knowledge and push each other to deliver the best result possible.

We believe it is important that you feel comfortable with at least some of the points below:

• Experience or interest in working with AI to solve valuable business problems
• Ability to continuously learn, work independently, and make decisions with minimal supervision
• Fluent in Javascript/Typescript, experience with React.js or similar
• Willingness to also contribute to our backend stack (Python/Django) when needed
