Job Description This is more than a tech job. You'll be instrumental in elevating SkillGrader from its MVP stage to a universally adopted, industry-defining, robust application that is responsive to rapidly evolving customer needs. Your work will directly impact how companies conduct skill assessments, identify gaps, keep people safe, and ensure quality and compliance, influencing sectors from healthcare to emergency services and beyond. We have an MVP product which will continue to be deployed - We are passed the market validation phase and now we have to adopt very fast to the needs of the markets that we are targeting and our current clients. The product requires extensive development as we gain insights and customer feedback. Thus your job at SkillGrader will be very hands-on - both making improvements to the technology yourself while also formulating a development plan for scaling along side other developers. Core Responsibilities Contribute to the technical vision and development of SkillGrader Act as a hands-on contributor in the growth stages, focusing on app, back-end, and UI development Participate in the oversight of technology and all aspects of engineering Support strategic planning for technical development and future growth Work closely with development and business partners Qualifications Expert-level ability and platform knowledge in app development Expert-level ability and platform knowledge in back-end and UI development (MS stack) Deep experience in both web application Mobile app development experience is a plus Experience in a SaaS startup environments Skilled in customer-facing reporting infrastructures, data visualization, and analytics Proficiency in enterprise system APIs, data exchange, and cloud infrastructures Ability to adapt to customer and market needs rapidly Experience working with remote and offshore teams is a plus Technical Skills SQL Server C# .Net Entity Framework WCF IIS MVC Bootstrap React (using TypeScript) Salary $110,000 - $115,000 annually, depending on experience, plus stock options and benefits.
