About the Role As a Senior Full Stack Developer at Integrate IQ, you will shape the future of our integration projects. You’ll design, build, and maintain complex data pipelines and connections that bring disparate systems—often including HubSpot—into seamless harmony. From leveraging APIs and webhooks to working with SFTP protocols and database technologies, your primary goal is to ensure that information flows effortlessly, flawlessly, continuously, and securely between platforms. You’ll also mentor less senior developers, guiding their growth and reviewing their work to maintain the highest standards. Beyond integrations, you’ll lend your expertise to our own SaaS applications and other contracted projects for our clients as needed. About You Education & Experience: You hold a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in computer science, software engineering, or a related field. With 5+ years of integration-focused development under your belt, you’re seasoned in connecting systems and moving data efficiently. Technical Expertise: You’re adept with APIs, web data, and systems architecture. You have strong programming skills in JavaScript, Python, C#, and .NET, and are comfortable working with database technologies like Oracle, SQL Server, and MySQL. HubSpot certifications and experience with tools like Tray.io, Prismatic, Mulesoft, and Workato are highly valued. Problem-Solving & Innovation: You excel at dissecting complex challenges, exploring multiple angles, and designing solutions that exceed expectations. Your analytical mind and keen eye for detail guide you in delivering reliable, high-performance integrations. Communication & Teamwork: You’re a team player who thrives in a collaborative environment. You can explain intricate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, and you work well with cross-functional teams, always sharing knowledge and supporting others. What You’ll Do Create & Integrate: Plan and develop sophisticated integrations via APIs, webhooks, SFTP, ODBC, automated export/import processes, and data architecture solutions that elevate our clients’ capabilities, with a strong emphasis on HubSpot Lead & Mentor: Coach and support junior developers, reviewing their code, sharing best practices, and encouraging a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration. Collaborate & Communicate: Work closely with project managers, account managers, and cross-functional teams to translate business goals into technical solutions. Engage directly with clients as needed, presenting complex concepts in simple, accessible terms. Innovate & Improve: Stay current with industry trends, tools, and frameworks—such as Tray.io, Prismatic, Mulesoft, and Workato—to keep Integrate IQ at the forefront of integration technology. Maintain & Evolve: Contribute to our internal SaaS applications and client builds, ensuring that our solutions are robust, secure, and scalable.
