Design, maintain, and optimize high-quality, production-ready Ruby on Rails code with React, Slim, TailwindCSS, and other technologies. Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Participate in code reviews, knowledge-sharing sessions, and continuous improvement initiatives. Proactively identify and address technical issues and system bottlenecks. Base Qualifications: 5+ years of professional Ruby on Rails development experience. Proficiency in Ruby on Rails, React, Slim templates, and TailwindCSS. Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns. Experience with testing frameworks and deployment tools like AWS or Azure. Proficiency in version control systems such as GitHub. Expertise in working with relational databases like PostgreSQL or MySQL. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and RESTful API design. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and communication skills.
