What you’ll do: As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer, you will build and maintain front-end and back-end applications required to run Durable. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of front-end technologies, an eye for design, and the capacity to communicate technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences. Key Responsibilities: • Building user facing tools for Dashboards, Invoices, CRM, and Websites. Translating wireframes into visual elements. Using NextJS and NodeJS to architect, build and launch features. Optimizing Durable for performance. Building reusable code and libraries for future use. Collaborating with the design and product team to build entire web experiences. Deliver elegant solutions to complex problems. Qualifications: • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in front-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and NextJS. Experience with Node.js. 5+ years of experience working at a start-up or in a fast-paced environment (agency or in-house studio). Advanced knowledge of Javascript and Typescript. Experience with NoSQL databases like Redis and MongoDB. Experience building mobile-friendly, cross-platform, high performing applications. Familiarity with Figma, XD or any design tools. Remote work at DurableWe are a remote-first company with an in-person hub with 24/7 access in Vancouver. This role is open to anyone in North America. SalaryThe annual salary range for this role is $150,000 - $200,000 base + benefits.
