SportsBiz has attracted a reputable group of investors including high net worth individuals, angel investors, and family offices. Full salaries, however, will be paid only upon the company’s completing its fundraising efforts anticipated in Q1 2025. Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing the SportsBiz Application Platform with an emphasis on full stack engineering across both frontend and backend. Full-Time Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain frontend applications on the SportsBiz Analytics Platform using React. Design, develop and maintain backend services for the Application. Assist and Collaborate in the development of CI/CD pipelines for Application artifacts. Implement cross cutting concerns across the ecosystem. Collaborate with engineering, data science, design and product team members. Develop and maintain documentation for application and services. Develop applications and services using Node and Typescript aligning with our business needs and technical requirements. Lead Design and Implementation efforts in an Agile Delivery environment. Grow and train Junior Engineers on the team. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or a related field At least 5 -7 years of professional experience. Strong proficiency in Node.js and React Framework Experience with AWS Cloud infrastructure. Experience with Containerization and Kubernetes Experience as a Tech Lead in an agile team. Experience with CI/CD tooling a plus Strong written and verbal communication skills Willingness and ability to learn new skills, tools, and business domains quickly on the job Must be highly adaptable with excellent problem-solving skills and able to work with minimal supervision Experience with Agile Methodologies,Tools and Source Control Systems.
