Build and improve our medical reporting engine, an interactive medical reporting application that supports radiologists throughout the entire reporting process
Design and implement robust backend APIs, using consolidated and modern healthcare standards (e.g. HL7, FHIR)
Collaborate within an agile development team to deliver high-quality functioning software
Drive interoperability by ensuring seamless data synchronization with other healthcare systems and large-scale integration projects
Enhance scalability by optimizing our on-premises installer for seamless deployment across numerous hospitals and private practices
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers and medical experts to ship high-quality software
Provide coaching and mentoring to junior team members
Requirements
Extensive experience in Fullstack Engineering, with a proven track record of building web applications
Strong knowledge of modern web frameworks and technologies, including TypeScript, React, Node.js and Java
Solid experience working with databases, such as MongoDB and SQL
Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes
Experience working in collaborative, agile development teams
Curiosity and passion for continuous self-development and staying up to date with new technologies
Previous experience in Healthcare IT (HL7, DICOM, FHIR) would be a significant advantage
Strong communication skills - English fluency required
