Job Title: Senior Healthcare Integration Developer Location: Remote Duration: Direct Hire
Position Summary: Seeking an experienced Senior Healthcare Integration Developer with strong expertise and a proven track record of integrating with Electronic Health Record (EHR) and Practice Management systems. Responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust integration solutions that connect our healthcare software with various clinical and administrative systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop scalable, secure integrations between our platform and various EHR/Practice Management systems
Implement and maintain RESTful APIs and other integration interfaces
Troubleshoot complex integration issues across multiple healthcare IT systems
Ensure compliance with healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR, etc.) and regulations (HIPAA)
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience developing integrations with EHR and Practice Management systems
Experience with healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR, CDA)
Thorough understanding of HIPAA compliance requirements for data exchange
Experience with RESTful API development and consumption
Familiarity with SQL and database design
Experience with Docker containerization technologies
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with specific EHR systems (Epic, Cerner, Allscripts, athenahealth, etc.)
Knowledge of React JavaScript framework
Strong proficiency in PHP development and Symfony framework
