This will include an integrated platform for relationship and people management, learning, intranet and data warehouse. In order to achieve all this, we are now recruiting for a Senior Integration Developer for our HR Technology Team. The Senior Integration Developer is focused on integrating Workday and other HR applications like time tracking, ServiceNow HRSD, payroll etc. They will design, develop, and implement integrations with these internal and external solutions, contributing to the establishment of standards and best practices. They will also be providing support for maintaining existing integration solutions. What you will be doing: Collaborate with project management, architects, and analysts to develop solutions and project plans aligned with business priorities. Provide expertise on TSA's integration framework and approaches, working with IT and business partners to analyze and solve problems. Lead and collaborate with team members to design, code, and test new and existing system integration solutions. Document interface designs and plans for implementation. Manage integration requirements for projects, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery. Create high-level interface designs based on business requirements and deploy solutions using various integration tools. Perform unit and regression testing on integrations during releases, resolving identified issues. Integrate vendor solutions, internal systems, and external parties as needed. Lead initiatives to improve standards, best practices, and methodologies. Provide production support to integrations for assigned applications, including break/fix support (not overnight or 24/7). Provide support on integration scheduling and monitoring including logging/ maintaining tickets in the ticket tracking system. What you bring to the table Strong experience with Workday implementation in a complex, enterprise environment as an integration lead Proven expertise in leading integrations between Workday and other HR applications including but not limited to time tracking, ServiceNow HRSD, payroll etc Solid experience with IAM, cloud technologies, network architecture, and server architecture. Demonstrated proficiency with web technologies (REST, JSON, XML, XSLT, XPATH, SOAP, HTTP, SSL, PGP, SAML, WDSL, HTML/HTML5, jQuery, AJAX etc.) Ability to Configure APIs, proxy endpoints, API Portal based on technical specifications with MuleSoft Anypoint API Management Console Experience with Postman, SOAP UI and using Mule Connectors like FTP, FILE, SFTP, IMAP, VM, JDBC, Salesforce, and Web Service Consumer Experience designing RAML specs and building APIs using API Kit Experience in using asynchronous message queuing for guaranteed delivery pattern Experience with relational and non-relational databases (SQL, Orcale, Mysql, MongoDB etc) Designing proper load and performance with Mulesoft Experience in building MUnit test cases Ability to use logs to identify and resolve issues DevOps practices leveraging CCI/CD using Maven, Jenkins and MuleSoft Workday Integration Certification(s) are an asset. Compensation The salary range for this position is $113,343 (mid.) to $136,011 (max). Placement in the salary range will be based on factors such as market conditions, internal equity, and candidate experience, skills, and qualifications relevant to the role.
