Drive the adoption of best practices in coding, testing, and software design. Act as a technical advisor to the IT and business teams, providing solutions for complex challenges. Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective technical designs. Develop and maintain efficient, reliable, and scalable code in accordance with technical specifications and design requirements for software applications and operating systems Champion agile principles and practices within the development team, actively participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Design, develop, and maintain applications using Java, Spring Boot, and SQL. Build and maintain scalable, secure, and efficient back-end services and APIs. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Ensure software meets both functional and non-functional requirements, such as scalability, performance, and security. Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience in software development. Proficiency in Java and frameworks like Spring Batch, Spring Boot/Micro Services. Strong hands-on experience with SQL and relational database systems such as MariaDB. Experience with microservices architecture and containerization tools like Docker/Kubernetes. Working experience with testing tools like JUnit, TestNG, Spock, Mockito, etc. Build cloud solutions with the best industrial practices - elastically scalable, proper fault tolerance, highly reliable, highly secured, and easily managed architecture Strong working experience with RESTful API design and implementation. Significant experience OR Knowledge with Spring Boot Framework, Kafka, PostgreSQL, Gradle, Node JS and JavaScript, CSS, ReactJS, Angular. Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies Understanding of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and automation tools. Experience with monitoring tools like Grafana, or ELK stack. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as PCF or OpenShift is a plus. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
