The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in software development, particularly in Java, and will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of Agile methodologies and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. You will play a key role in driving innovation and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. Duties Design, develop, and maintain robust Java applications that meet business requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Write clean, scalable code using Java programming language. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance. Implement RESTful APIs for seamless integration with other services. Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve development processes. Qualifications Proven experience as a Java Developer with a strong portfolio of completed projects. Proficiency in Java programming language; familiarity with C++ is a plus. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. Knowledge of RESTful services and API design principles. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. Experience with additional languages such as Ruby on Rails or VBA is advantageous. Understanding of Quantum engineering concepts is a plus but not required. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure. Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
