SUMMARY The Senior Machine Learning Engineer is responsible for designing and deploying machine learning models to revolutionize P&C insurance while also contributing to the creation of intelligent systems that enhance risk assessment, pricing, and overall decision-making. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Develops, trains, and optimizes machine learning models that support P&C insurance. Collaborates with data engineers to build scalable, efficient data pipelines for model training and deployment. Implements machine learning algorithms and frameworks compatible with NVIDIA DGX A100 infrastructure. Conducts advanced data analysis and complex experiments with structured and unstructured data. Collaborates with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Stays current with the latest research and technology and communicates findings to the broader team. Perform all duties in accordance with all company policies and procedures, and all federal, state and local laws, wherein the Company operates. Performs other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE Bachelor's Degree, in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field Master's Degree, in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field Work Experience, , Five (5) or more years, experience in machine learning in an insurance setting One (1) or more years, Experience with NVIDIA hardware and software ecosystems, particularly DGX A100 systems SKILLS Knowledge of statistical modeling, data mining, and predictive modeling techniques. Strong programming skills in Python, R, or Java, and familiarity with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch). Excellent problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills.
