Job Responsibilities
This position reports directly to the Executive Director and works closely with the Senior Management in organisational development and compliance matters.
1) Organisational Development
Work on proposals for organisational development, transformation, change and improvements: including research, and developing new ideas, concepts and structures for change to improve organisation effectiveness and efficiency
Manage the implementation of approved proposals to effect organisational development, transformation, changes, and improvements, including related processes
Establish documentations with regards to changes in operations, structure and work processes resulting from organisational development, transformation, changes and improvements
2) Compliance matters
Management of governance compliance issues within the organisation
Management, follow-up and co-ordination of matters related to internal and/or external audit
Management of internal and external communications of the organisation
To assist in various management issues as directed by the Executive Director
To provide secretarial support at key corporate meetings, including Board Meetings and various Board Committee Meetings
Job Requirements
Degree in Business
Minimum 5 years working experience, preferably in Social Services industry
Meticulous, analytical and with excellent business writing skills
Good stakeholder management and organisational skills, strong problem solving and follow up skills
Proficient in Microsoft office applications
Highly proficient in spoken and written English as need to write proposals, policies and conduct presentations
Experience in change management and / or compliance matters will be advantageous
