This is a high-impact, remote leadership role for a security expert ready to drive strategy, compliance, and risk management in a dynamic, rapidly expanding organization. Work with a growth-focused company backed by private equity Lead critical cybersecurity initiatives and build a security-first culture Oversee security governance, risk management, and compliance strategies Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align security with business goals Key Responsibilities: Develop and lead enterprise-wide cybersecurity policies, programs, and frameworks Oversee Security Operations Center (SOC) and incident response Manage risk assessments, regulatory compliance (NIST, etc.), and security audits Own Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity Planning Lead third-party vendor risk management and external access controls Enhance security posture with DLP, PAM, CASB, and other advanced tools Drive security awareness training and organizational compliance What You Bring: 5-8+ years of cybersecurity leadership experience Strong networking, security governance, and risk management expertise Deep understanding of security frameworks, compliance, and audits Ability to communicate cybersecurity strategy to non-technical stakeholders Experience balancing security, risk, and business growth CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional), CISM (Certified Information Security Manager) or relevant industry certifications highly regarded.
