EmpowHERto, a transformative non-profit organization supporting minority girls aged 14-21, is looking for an innovative and results-driven Senior Programming Department Manager. This role will oversee the successful execution of programming in Toronto, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and contributing to the empowerment of young women. Responsibilities Program Management Implement and oversee EmpowHERto’s signature programs in Toronto, ensuring consistency with organizational values and strategies. Monitor program progress, measure outcomes, and provide regular performance updates to the Executive Director. Address challenges and make data-driven adjustments to enhance program quality and participant engagement. Team Leadership Supervise Toronto program staff and volunteers, providing guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities. Facilitate communication and coordination between the Fort Lauderdale and Toronto teams. Community Engagement Cultivate partnerships with local organizations, schools, and businesses to strengthen program impact and expand reach. Represent EmpowHERto at community events to promote awareness and participation in Fort Lauderdale programs. Administrative Oversight Manage program budgets and resources for Toronto initiatives. Maintain up-to-date program documentation, including protocols, policies, and participant records. Ensure compliance with organizational standards, local regulations, and funding requirements. Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Social Work, Nonprofit Management, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years in program management, preferably within youth-serving organizations. Proven success working with diverse and underrepresented communities. Strong leadership skills, with experience supervising teams and volunteers. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with digital collaboration tools. Valid background check.
