As part of our team, you will be responsible for architecting and developing complex applications, implementing best practices, and ensuring the robustness, performance, and scalability of the systems you build. This is a Team Lead position. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance applications using the .NET framework (C#, .NET Core). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver robust architectural solutions that meet business and technical requirements. Design and implement RESTful Web APIs, ensuring efficient communication between systems. Utilize SQL Server to design and optimize queries, stored procedures, and database schemas for performance and scalability. Lead a team of developers Conduct code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Stay current with industry trends and technologies and bring innovative solutions to the table. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues in production and pre-production environments. Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), from planning and design through to deployment and maintenance. Required Skills and Qualifications: 15+ years of experience in .NET development (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core). Strong experience designing and developing RESTful Web APIs. Extensive experience with SQL, including complex queries, stored procedures, and performance optimization. Proficient in designing and implementing software architecture for scalable, high-performance applications. Deep understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) and design patterns. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and in a team environment. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Experience with Azure DevOps Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Familiarity with React is a plus. Familiarity with Azure is a plus. Experience with agile methodologies. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
