Duties and Responsibilities Effectively and efficiently communicate systems solutions to business problems Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate and address these issues Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation Maintain a high level of personal productivity and quality and help others within the organization Operate with a strong sense of urgency, emphasizing action; Rapidly resolve issues with own and with team’s work, plan, and direction Maintain advanced systems analysis and design skills in order to create sound, flexible system solutions to business problems Requirements 8+ Years of .Net Development, 5+ years of SQL Server development Proficient in C#, HTML, Javascript, and TSQL Proficient in Webforms and MVC implementations Proficient in developing complex SQL stored procedures and user functions.
