Lead the migration of legacy applications and reports to updated frameworks. Collaborate in the full SDLC process within a SCRUM/Agile environment. Analyze and enhance complex reports built with Crystal Reports integrated with Oracle databases. Develop scalable, high-performance financial system solutions. Work closely with DevOps teams to maintain and enhance CI/CD pipelines and automation processes. Troubleshoot system-level issues and implement solutions to optimize performance. Modernize legacy systems while aligning solutions with organizational goals. Skills and Qualifications: 8+ years of experience in SDLC, with expertise in legacy application migration and modern solution design. Proficiency in Microsoft technologies: .NET 5/6/7/8, Blazor, C#, and Visual Studio. Advanced knowledge of design principles and modern development practices. Expertise in Oracle database management, including: PL/SQL, stored procedures, and performance tuning for complex systems. Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Bitbucket. Experience in leveraging SCRUM/Agile methodologies for project delivery. Knowledge of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipeline maintenance and automation. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to address technical and architectural challenges in legacy-to-modern transformations. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams and stakeholders. Preferred Tools and Technologies: Entity Framework. Familiarity with tools like JIRA, TEMPO, Bitbucket, and Confluence.
