Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Senior .NET Developer/Technical Lead to join our dynamic IT team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of four developers and collaborating closely with our Enterprise Architect. You will guide the development of high-quality software solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and architectural guidelines. This role requires strong technical expertise in .NET and Azure technologies, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive projects to successful completion. Key Responsibilities: Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a team of four developers. Ensure best practices and coding standards are followed. Software Development: Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable and maintainable .NET applications. Collaboration: Work closely with the Enterprise Architect to align development efforts with overall architectural vision and strategy. Project Management: Work closely with product owners to manage projects. Coordinate with other teams and stakeholders to ensure project success. Code Reviews: Conduct regular code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and consistency. Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. Optimize application performance and reliability. Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for development processes, designs, and system architectures. Technical Skills & Experience: Microsoft Technologies: Extensive experience with .NET technologies, including Azure. Database Management: Proficiency with SQL Server and/or other relational databases; experience with NoSQL databases. Cloud Platforms: Experience with cloud services (e.g., Azure, AWS). Development Tools: Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git), CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies. Architectural Knowledge: Understanding of software architecture patterns and practices. Moden Web Technologies: Extensive experience working with React and/or Angular. Qualifications: Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in software development with a focus on .NET and Azure technologies. Leadership: Proven experience in a technical leadership role, with a track record of successful team management and project delivery. Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees or Azure certifications are a plus. Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
