Position Overview: We Scale Creators is looking for a skilled and driven Senior No-Code Developer to lead the development, deployment, and ongoing refinement of our AI-driven agents. This independent, collaborative role calls for a proactive problem-solver with an experimental mindset and strong communication skills to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. As the Senior No-Code Developer, you’ll work closely with our executive team, leveraging no-code platforms like N8N, Zapier, Make.com, and Supabase to design intelligent automations that optimize client acquisition, marketing, and fulfillment. Key Responsibilities: Develop & Optimize AI Agents: Spearhead the creation, deployment, and continuous improvement of AI agents, ensuring seamless integration and exceptional functionality for our clients. Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with developers, executives, and occasionally clients to ensure solutions meet We Scale Creators’ standards and align with client needs. Automation Innovation: Experiment with and refine existing automations to streamline processes across client acquisition, marketing, and fulfillment, maximizing operational efficiency. Drive Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to advance and enhance platform capabilities, keeping our technology at the forefront of industry standards. Document & Communicate: Clearly document processes and effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical team members. Qualifications: Experience: 3+ years with no-code platforms and automation tools such as N8N, Zapier, Make.com, and Supabase. Knowledge of coding is a plus but not required. Technical Skills: Strong problem-solving capabilities, experimental mindset, and a proven track record in process optimization. Communication Skills: Ability to distill complex technical information for diverse audiences, ensuring clarity for stakeholders at all levels. Team Collaboration: Independent yet collaborative, able to work closely with developers and report directly to founders Nate Sroor and Patrick Sargis.
